Eventually, I do get to some of the science behind the Keto diet and the state of ketosis. In particular, what can throw your body out of ketosis and how you can prevent it from happening.
But none of that is the main thrust of Beginner's Keto. It's all about practicality. You can buy the book and start your Keto journey the same day.
